Today wake up at around 2plus , watch tv and stuff . Around 4 went to prepared and bus to Je library . Spent my time there to find books in the end i cant borrow due to the insufficient amount in my ez link to pay for my fines then i cant borrow . Like waste all my time siak ):
After that i trained to dover for training . Reached Singapore Poly , changed clothes , shoe and stuff . Start warm-up. After warm-up do stunts . Do toss to hand and stuff . I today whole body soft soft one man , lock also never really got lock to the max. Whole body no energy no energy like that then Wilson say maybe because i never eat , So like that . After stunts , have physical training , after physical training debrief and dissmissed.
After dismissed , changed shoes , wash-up all these then trained back with Jiayu , Wilson and James. After that bus back to coffeeshop to find daddy to eat then home Sweet home .
Now talking on phone with Alex, He super crazy noob . Anw hope everything turn out fine for him ^^
