Back here to post, yes bus then train down to dover. Saw Joshua and two of us walked to sp together. Once reach, changed and wait for the newcomers to come. And today people coming down are mostly from Secondary. So can't imagine i gonna train with them and perform and compete with others as a team. Like so cool. Haha. So we start off with some introduction and did warm-up. First help those newcomers, when switch partner, Joshua need a person to demo, so stretching with Iggy. And he say i need to overstretch as i reach my limit already. After warm-up. Demo stunts. First demo how the person should do when the flyer fall. Which is call teddy hug. And i should like fall from shoulder stand and the person will teddy hug me. After that demo stunts then break into groups to teach them basic. Do stunts stunts then when release those people. Joseph asked me to do stunts with him, do toss to hand then to single extension. Pretty good, do walked to extention with Iggy and i think i never turn my body and the stunts fall. so stunts and then home sweet home. I sweat like totally mad today, hair is all wet like I'm drenched in the rain. As i was like keep flying and flying sweating and sweating. It's great but my hair totally cmi. When at Je interchange saw Rosslynn'Waiyu. Then we board bus 334 as JiaJia inside 334. LOL. So talk talk then home. Today training was like great, hope for better tomorrow. But tomorrow there's no training for me. But have to wake up at 7am or earlier as have to reach Shuqun at 8am. For my Junior's practice. Hope they're not late, don't wanna punish them with crunches. And have to leave halfway during the practice for Humanities and Math remedial. Sian ): Alright,shall post to here for now, Bye people. |
