Gonna have a short post and head to sleep already. Cause I'm totally exhausted. Afternoon, bus and train to Sp for pos training. And what can i say? It's great !!!!!!!!!!!!! First lead them warm-up and we did physical training. After physical training, Joshua brief them about routine stuff, the 5 stretching flyer off to stretch. After that we try the stunts. And i fly with all girls groups. They are all so small sizes yet they're stronger than i expected. I'm so proud of them, they tried to catch me when i fall. They at there tank for so long, did pop and everything. Their attitudes is so good, you know they never complain yet keep trying. Feel totally great to be their flyer. Even i hit them a lot times, they are still doing so great. We give each other encouragement. the base, backspot and spotters are all good. Yayyyyyy!! Let's continue to Jiayou and hit the stunts better tomorrow ! But my noses is hurting, as when pop Vanessa hit my nose. But it's ok. After the thing end, continue to try stunts with ChengCheng then with Joseph then with James then with one guy with Wildcards and one from rexaz which idk his name! Fly here and there. Lazy to elaborate what i stunts today, too tired!! Today have sucha great day, as what joseph say. Today on formed. Proud of my females group, partner stunts not too bad either.
