 Will have a short post since is late now when i still want to watch WGM. Today reading was good, lesson was all ok. Pe take nafa the five section. Hmm, Standing board jump get 178cm, Sit and reach 52cm, Incline pull up 20, Sit-up 48 and then shuttle run 10.9. Was quite happy about it. rest of the lesson was ok. Training today was like!! Hahaha. Lead them in warm-up and pt. So long since we last have our Zpl's pt. After pt, head off to jumps then stunts. The stunts was fun! And before training end, we have pt again! Like again! Haha. Home sweet home after that. And today was pretty good for me. And now, gonna stop here. Heading for a few episode of Wgm then head off to sleep. Chinese ct 2 tomorrow, wish me luck. Bye!
